  • What is the cost for shipping?

$5 flat rate shipping on all orders

  • How will my order be delivered?

We typically ship all orders via USPS priority mail unless otherwise specified. We will not be responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier. We can ship on other carriers if needed.

  • Do you provide express shipping?

Sorry, not at this time.

  • Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes. All orders ship to P.O. Boxes are ship via USPS priority mail service.

  • How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Most orders are shipped within 3-4 weeks (business days). If item purchased is a backorder it will be shipped within 4 weeks (business days). However, it is possible that there might be a delay.

  • Can I cancel a backorder?

Yes. If you would like to cancel a backorder, please contact us.

  • What is your exchange/refund policy?

NO REFUNDS. However, we will happily exchange your item if we are notified within 14 days. All tags must be attached to items and items should be in unworn condition. We are not responsible for shipping fees if you decide to exchange. Contact us for further instructions.

  • What methods of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

  • Do I need to have a PayPal account to purchase products?

No. You can proceed to PayPal as a guest and pay that way.

  • Do I need to register to place an order?

You do not need to register to place an order. You can check out as a guest. Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you time for future purchases.
